Steven's Story

I'm Dr. Steven Lucks, Nutrition Science, and Lifestyle Medicine Well-Being Practitioner. I am in Colorado Springs. I use a drugless method to slow the aging process down and remove all chronic diseases. I am currently working with UC San Diego Microbiome labs and Harvard Medical. We have shown that it is possible to slow the aging process and no longer have chronic diseases. Contact me if you are tired of the doctor's Band-Aid approach. We can now reverse N stage 3 of Alzheimer and you no longer must die of COVID 19 - like to know how contact me - your Well-Being Practitioner. This is just a sample of the new research that backs up my statement above. "In diverse organisms, calorie restriction slows the pace of ageing and increases maximum lifespan. In the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, calorie restriction extends lifespan by increasing the activity of Sir2 (ref. 1), a mem...Expand for more
ber of the conserved sirtuin family of NAD+-dependent protein deacetylases2,3,4,5,6. Included in this family are SIR-2.1, a Caenorhabditis elegans enzyme that regulates lifespan7, and SIRT1, a human deacetylase that promotes cell survival by negatively regulating the p53 tumor suppressor8,9,10. Here we report the discovery of three classes of small molecules that activate sirtuins. We show that the potent activator resveratrol, a polyphenol found in red wine, lowers the Michaelis constant of SIRT1 for both the acetylated substrate and NAD+, and increases cell survival by stimulating SIRT1-dependent deacetylation of p53. In yeast, resveratrol mimics calorie restriction by stimulating Sir2, increasing DNA stability and extending lifespan by 70%. We discuss possible evolutionary origins of this phenomenon and suggest new lines of research into the therapeutic use of sirtuin activators."

Fact check: All people who have periods are women. Also fact: (taken from the website of The Mayo Clinic) so as GOD said HE made Man and Woman and that is it.
Cursive writing is one of the most important tools in a young person toolbox. And just because it was not part of the Common Core, schools and parents should have been inspired to keep it in the front lines so that when t

Think a literal Genesis isn’t important? It was to Jesus and the apostles, as well as the other contributors to the New Testament. 26 Genesis references in 37 places of the New Testament.
Thanks, Sue! Consider this...

One of the only birds that will peck at an eagle is the crow. He sits on his back and bites his neck. The eagle does not respond or fight with the crow, it doesn't waste time or energy on th
